DIGITALLOTO.COM TERMS AND CONDITION

  1. By participating in a Competition, the participant (‘Entrant’) is presumed to have legal ability to do so, to have comprehended these Terms and Conditions, and to be obligated by them and any additional conditions set forth in any relevant promotional material.
  2. The Promoter retains the right to terminate a Customer’s account at any time if the Promoter believes the Customer is abusing the services, is disrespectful to other Customers or workers, or if they believe the Customer is not honestly entering.
  3. At the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion, the Promoter owns the right to deny a Customer’s Entry.
  4. Everyone who participates in the competition (an “Entrant”) will be required to properly answer a question or solve a problem specified by the Promoter (the “Competition Question”) in order to be eligible to win.
  5. If you enter a Competition online through the Website, you certify that you are not breaking any laws in your place of residency regarding the legality of joining our Competitions by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter will not be held liable for any Entrant who enters any of our Competitions in an unauthorized manner. If you have any doubts, you should leave the Website promptly and consult the appropriate authorities in your country.
  6. By participating in a Competition, the contestant (‘Entrant’, ‘you’, ‘your(s)’ and/or ‘Customer’) is considered to have legal ability to do so, to have read, comprehended, and acknowledged these terms and conditions, and to be obligated to them and any other guidelines established out in any of the Promoter’s related promotional material.
  7. Competitions are regulated by English law, and all and/or any problems or disputes connected to the Competition will be handled with and/or resolved in accordance with English law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English legal system.
  8. The Competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and over or the legal age which the law permits in their country of residence excluding the Promoter’s employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of our Competitions.
  9. All competitions are skill-based competitions and an entry fee is payable each time you enter via our online entry method, or for free via the postal entry method

 

COMPETITION ENTRY

  1. These Competitions can be entered in person at our airport or other physical locations (sites are listed on the Website) (‘Physical Locations’), as well as online through the Website. The Promoter may run many competitions at the same time, with each competition having its own prize.
  2. The Promoter has exclusive discretion over the availability and price of Competitions and tickets, which will be indicated at the moment of the sale in our Physical Locations and on the Website. The Promoter has exclusive discretion over the availability and price of Competitions, which will be indicated at the time of sale AND on the Website. There is no need to pay to join any Contest because each one offers a free entry option. The availability of a free entry method to enter each Competition (including ALL the ClubS) implies that the Competition does not come under the definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and may be conducted legally in the United Kingdom without the need for a license.
  3. The competition shall run from and includes the dates specified on the website for the opening and closing dates. The “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” will be used to refer to these dates. All hours and dates mentioned are local timings in London, England.
  4. The Promoter maintains the right to amend the Opening and Closing Dates if it is absolutely required. The revised information will be shown on the Website if the Promoter changes the Opening Date and/or Closing Date of a competition.
  5. By the specified time on the Closing Date, all competition entries must be received by the Promoter. All entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date may be disqualified without a refund.
  6. The competition’s limit of applications will be specified on the website. If the highest number of entries is reached, you will be limited in the number of entries you may make.
  7. To enter the competition, follow these steps:

(a) View the Competition Question on the Website;

(b) choose your response to the competition question and the required number of entries;

(c) finalize the checkout procedure and submit the online entry form;

(d) Finish the payment process to obtain your order confirmation.

  3. When entering a Competition on the Website, you must follow the directions on the screen to:

(a) Choose the Competition you want to enter, and then supply your contact and payment information when you’re ready to buy your ticket(s) to the Competition (‘Tickets’). You must double-check your information and sign a declaration stating that you have read and understood the Competition terms and conditions.

(b) register to play the appropriate Competition after purchasing your Tickets, and once your payment has been completed, we will contact you by email to confirm your registration into the Competition. Please note that you will not be considered entered into the Competition until we confirm your entry, which you may do by logging into your account (and any such entry referred to herein as an entry).

  1. You have two options for setting up an account: online at www.digitalloto.com or in person at one of our physical locations.

(i) You will be required to give an email address or sign in with a social media account, such as Facebook, Apple, Twitter, or Google (‘Social Media Account’) to register an account online.

(ii) At a Physical Location, you will be requested to submit an email address in order to create an account.

(i)Please keep in mind that the username you choose to get into your account will be your email address or your Social Media account. At any given time, each account (“DIGITAL LOTO Account”) can only have one username assigned to it. As a result, you won’t be able to link your DIGITAL LOTO account to numerous email addresses or social media accounts.

(iii) Your DIGITALLOTO Account cannot have two or more email addresses associated with it.

  1. To participate in a Competition at one of the Physical Locations, you must:

(a) Choose the Competition you want to participate in, obtain our Competition entry Tickets from a member of staff at a Promoter-operated booth, and fill out an electronic entry form to give the operator your contact information. A receipt with your order details and a link to your registered online account will be emailed to you. You must double-check your information and certify to the Promoter’s representative that you have read and comprehended the declaration as well as the Competition Terms and Conditions.

(b) You must complete a form for each Competition Ticket that you have purchased. You will need to complete a Spot the Ball challenge OR ANSWER A SKILL-BASED QUESTION, which will work as follows:

  1. i) You will be shown a photograph of a sporting event.

(ii) Using all of the information displayed in the sporting photograph on the computer screen, properly select the grid-square within which you believe the Judge will decide is the most likely location for the center of the ball if one was there in the image;

(iii) Click on the screen to mark this location (the coordinates of your location will appear on the screen). This location will be recorded by the computer as your entry into the competition.

(c) For the Spot the Ball Challenge, you may repeat the process as many times as you like, up to the set limit of entries. For each entry, you will need one Ticket.

(d) You must complete the following steps for each Competition Ticket you have purchased:

(i) On the screen, select the correct answer. This answer will be entered into the Competition (‘Multiple Choice Challenge’) by the computer.

(ii)You may enter the Multiple Choice Challenge as many times as you want, up to the set ticket limit. For each entry, you will need one Ticket. In any Multiple Choice Challenge order, only one Multiple Choice solution can be applied to all of the tickets.

  1. All submissions must be in the English language. Entries submitted in a language other than English will be automatically disqualified, and there will be no reimbursement.
  2. If the Promoter has reasonable reasons to believe that an Entrant has broken any of these terms and conditions, the Promoter maintains the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete Entry.
  3. All Entries become the Promoter’s property and will not be returned, to the degree permitted by applicable law.
  4. Each competition concludes when the last number is taken; no additional entries will be allowed after this time.
  5. To participate in the Competition, all Entrants (even those participating for free) must first register an account and provide an email address.
  6. You will receive confirmation from the Promoter that your entry has been received, as well as your assigned ticket number (s).
  7. The Promoter will not be held liable for any competition entries that are not completed, lost, or delayed for any reason, including, but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware, or software failure of any type.
  8. By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are consenting to be bound by these terms and conditions and entering into a relationship with the Promoter.
  9. If you meet the following criteria, you can enter the tournament for free:

(a) Send your entry by first-class mail to the Promoter at Digital Loto LTD

128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2N, on an unattached postcard.

(b) Include the following information in your entry:

(i) your full name;

(ii) your address;

(iii) a contact phone number and email address; and

(iv) the competition you want to enter, as well as your answer to the Competition Question.

(c) entries that are incomplete or illegible will be disqualified;

(d) you may submit numerous free entries for any competition (up to the Promoter’s entry limit), but each free entry must be submitted and posted individually to the Promoter. Bulk entries will not be considered as numerous entries and will be counted as a single entry if one is received.

(e) by entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to participate and that you agree to these terms and conditions;

(f) your entry must be received by the Promoter before the Closing Date. After the Closing Date, entries will not be placed into the random draw;

(g) the Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry or confirm whether or not your response to the Competition Question is accurate.

(h) You will not be entered into the random draw if the number of paid entries surpasses any cap or limit before your free entry is received

  1. Each Competition will last for a set amount of time. The start and end timings and dates for each Competition can be found in the ‘Promotion Period(s)’ section.

23 Chargebacks, disputes, indemnities, and/or failures to implement direct debits or otherwise act on your instructions are not the responsibility of the Promoter, and the Promoter will not be liable for any act or omission of any bank (or building society).

  1. Unless the Promoter specifies otherwise, there will be only one Winner per Competition due to the nature of the selection.
  2. The Promoter will make every effort to contact Competition winners (hereinafter referred to as “Winner(s)”) using the telephone numbers and email addresses supplied at the time of Entry (or as later amended) and stored securely in our database.
  3. It is the duty of the Entrant to ensure that these details are correct, current, and comprehensive. If these details are erroneously taken down, inputted, submitted, or recorded in any manner by you, the Promoter will not be held liable for any repercussions of any sort and howsoever arising as a result. Entrants must double-check that their contact information is correct.
  4. a) All entrants who properly answer the Competition Question will be entered into a random drawing to determine the winner. OR following the conclusion of the Competition, an Independent Panel of Judges (sporting specialists designated by the Promoter – the ‘Judge’) will determine the position of the ball’s center, using their experience and in the presence of a qualified lawyer and a representative from the Promoter (‘Judge’s Position’).
  5. The random draw will take place as soon as practically possible after the Closing Date (“Draw Date”) and in any case within 7 days of the Closing Date.
  6. the random draw will be live on our social media and the winning ticket number will be drawn live using Google number generator.
  7. All entrants’ names and ticket numbers will be entered into a spreadsheet. During the live draw, this spreadsheet will be available.

  9. If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner within 5 working days of the end of a Competition (which may be extended at the Promoter’s sole discretion), or the Winner fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize for whatever reason or cause, and/or the Winner is disqualified as a result of not complying with or contravening any of these terms and conditions, the Winner hereby agrees to forfeit the Prize immediately, irrevocably, and automatically.
  10. Entrants who expressly agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter will be added to the Promoter’s database for the purpose of receiving updates on the progress of their Competition, as well as any future promotions or competitions given by the Promoter.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the deadline for any competition if any aspect of it is unable to run as planned due to infection by a computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the competition. In its sole discretion, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, alter, or suspend a Competition, as well as invalidate any affected entries. If the Promoter closes a Competition early, the Winner will be chosen from all valid and eligible Entries received by the Promoter prior to the deadline, with the exception that the Promoter reserves the right to close a Competition early without picking a Winner at its sole discretion. If a Competition is concluded without a winner, the Promoter will award all entrants a free entry ticket to a  similar or higher tickets prize competition  in a live or future competition.
  12. The competition is exclusively open to anyone who is 18 years old or older and has reached the age of majority in their country of residence, with the following exceptions:

(a) the Promoter’s workers;

(b) personnel of the Promoter’s agents or suppliers who have a professional connection to the competition or its administration; or

(c) members of the above-mentioned individuals’ immediate families or homes.

  1. By participating in the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and to claim any prizes you may win. You may be asked to submit proof that you are eligible to enter the competition by the Promoter. You may be disqualified from the competition if you fail to provide the Promoter with any proof or other information that they may demand within a reasonable time.
  2. The Promoter will not accept competition submissions that are:

(a) created automatically by a machine, or

(b) submitted by a third party.

  1. b) insufficient.
  2. If your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or intent of the prize competition, the Promoter maintains the right to disqualify you.
  3. There will be no returns of the entry money in any circumstance, including;

(a) if you discover after entering the competition that you are ineligible to compete or claim the prize;

(b) if the eligibility requirements for entering the competition or claiming the Prize changes after you enter it and you are no longer eligible; or

(c) if the Promoter disqualifies you from the competition for any reason.

  1. Contestants may enter each competition as many times as they like until the maximum number of entries per user has been submitted and the competition has received the maximum number of entries. Free entries must be submitted separately by each entrant. Bulk entries will not be accepted and will only be counted as one single entry if they are received. If the competition’s maximum number of entries is achieved, entries may be limited.
  2. An Entry shall be declared void (with no return) if the Entrant engages in:

(a) any form of deception (actual or apparent);

  1. b) deception in concealing;
  2. c) hacking or other tampering with the website’s functionality; or
  3. d) tampering with, or making unauthorized use of code that constitutes the website.

(e) tampering with, or making unauthorized use of, any of the website’s code.

  1. Only one entrant per home is permitted in each competition. If this limit is reached, all entries from that address will be disqualified, and there will be no reimbursements.
  2. The Promoter additionally maintains the right to extend the deadline for any Competition at its sole discretion. The Promoter might extend the deadline for each Competition up to four times. If the Competition is not sold out after the fourth extension of time, the following prize will be awarded:

The Competition will get 70% of the value of paid Entries. This draw will only include Competition Entrants (including free Entries).

WINNERS

  1. Before any reward is paid or delivered, the Winners will be asked to send a copy of their passport to the Promoter to authenticate their identity, age, and to establish that, if the purchase was made by credit card, the card was legally theirs or that they had the authorization to use it. If the Winner fails to meet these requirements, the Promoter may disqualify him or her and choose an alternate winner.
  2. The Promoter’s decision is final, and there will be no contact or discussion.
  3. All Winners will be expected to produce pictures and/or pose for photographs and videos, which the Promoter may use in future marketing and public relations in connection with the Competition and identify them as a Competition winner.

 

  1. Following the Promoter’s receipt and verification of the above-mentioned information, the Winners will be contacted to arrange for the prize’s delivery. At this point the Winners must choose one of the prizes available (as described in the Competition prize information on the Website) and notify the Promoter in writing of their selection.
  2. During the live draw, the Winner’s complete name will be revealed. If you desire to have your name censored during the live draw, please contact INFO@DIGITALLOTO.COM with enough time before the prize draw.
  3. The Promoter will contact the winner by phone or email as soon as possible following the Draw Date, using the contact information supplied with the competition submission. If the winner cannot be reached, is unavailable, or does not claim the Prize within 21 days of the Draw Date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to another Entrant (“The Alternate Winner”) chosen at random from the remaining correct entries received before the Closing Date in the same manner as before. The Alternate Winner has 21 days from the day the Promoters notify them of their status to indicate their acceptance of the Prize. This process will continue until the Prize is accepted by a winner.

 

  1. The Promoter must either publish or make information available that demonstrates that a genuine award was given. The Promoter will publish the full name and county/town of residence of major prize winners on the Website to comply with this duty.
  2. Please notify the Promoter at INFO@DIGITALLOTO.COM before the Closing Date if you object to any or all of your complete name, county/town of residence, and winning submission being published or made available. The Promoter must still submit the information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request in these cases.
  3. The first reward The competition award (the “Prize”) is stated on the website. To the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information, and belief, the details of the Prize are correct as the 2 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter maintains the right to replace a reward of equal or better value for the prize. If any of the Prize’s details change, the Promoter will make every effort to update the Website as quickly as possible.
  4. The Promoter makes no warranties or claims about the Prize, its value, its condition, or any other material on the Website.

(a) The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information contained on the Website. If the Prize is a vehicle, the Promoter will ensure that it comes with a valid MOT (if required);

(b) no insurance is included with the Prize, and it is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is adequately insured before driving it on public roads (if legal), and

(c) the Promoter has no responsibility for the Prize(s) once it has been delivered.

(d) no vehicle/road tax is included;

(e) the Winner is solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary safety equipment and clothing (for example, helmets, boots, and gloves) and for wearing them while operating the vehicle.

  1. In the following conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a cash prize (“Cash Prize”):

(a) the Prize becomes unavailable;

(b) other circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control necessitate it;

(c) Instead of the Prize, the Winner chooses a cash prize. If the Prize is a vehicle, the cash alternative will be computed using Auto Trader’s online auto valuation service at the vehicle’s trade value. Any advertised cash values are estimates, and the cash alternative value will be determined based on the vehicle’s current trade value at the time of sale.

  1. The award is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
  2. The Prize will be delivered free of charge to the Winner’s home address in the United Kingdom. If the Prize is to be delivered to an address outside of Great Britain, the Promoter has the right to and/or may charge the Winner delivery fees.
  3. All Entrant expenses to collect the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Winner hereby agrees that all Prizes are subject to and are conditional on the terms and conditions of the Promoter, Prize provider, manufacturer and/or supplier and/or anyone that is involved in the provision or delivery of the Prize to the Winner.
  4. Each Prize must be accepted as granted, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other vouchers, offers, or discounts, including without limitation any vouchers or offers from the Promoter or any Prize providers and/or third parties.
  5. Prize storage The Promoter may keep the chosen Prize for up to 30 days after contacting the Winner, after which time the Prize will be given to the Winner. If the Promoter needs to store the Prize for more than 30 days, the Winner will be responsible for the total cost, which must be paid to the Promoter before the Winner receives the Prize.
  6. You must personally claim the prize. A third party may not claim the Prize on your behalf. The manner in which the Prize will be delivered to you (or made available for collection) is detailed on the Website or upon request.

If your personal information changes at any time, including your contact information, you must notify the Promoter as soon as practically possible. Notifications should be submitted to INFO@DIGITALLOTO.COM, the Promoter’s email address. Notifications must include information about the competition you entered, as well as your old and new contact information. If your contact information changes within 10 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter will attempt to contact you using your old information.

  1. Any cash prize will be automatically deposited to the winner’s bank account. The winner must show that it is the only beneficiary or joint beneficiary of the bank account. If you do not respond within 14 days, you will be disqualified from the competition and your reward will be forfeited. In this case, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible Entrant drawn from the correct entries received before to the Closing Date.
  2. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize.
  3. If the Prize is a vehicle and the winner has completed all eligibility checks, the prize will be transferred to the winner by the Promoter using the V5 for each vehicle. This must be completed before the vehicle is handed over.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that occurs as a result of accepting the prize, unless the loss, damage, personal injury, or death is caused by the Promoter, its agents, or distributors’ or their employees’ negligence. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
  5. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties about the quality or suitability of any of the prizes awarded. Except for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss to person or property, including consequential (including economic) loss, as a result of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the Prize Winner(s) and, where applicable, to any family persons accompanying the Winner(s), or in connection with any of the Competitions promoted by the Promoter.
  6. The Promoter makes or gives no representations and/or warranties and/or assurances of whatever nature and howsoever arising (and whether in writing or otherwise) as to the quality, suitability and/or fitness for any particular purpose of any of the goods or services advertised, offered and/or provided as Prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter and/or for any fraudulent misrepresentations and/or for any events and/or circumstances to the extent that they cannot be excluded or limited by law. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods

by any person to the Prize Winner(s) and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the Winner(s), or in connection with any of the Competitions promoted by the Promoter.

  1. The total maximum aggregate liability of the Promoter to each Winner shall be limited to the total value of each Prize that has been won by the relevant Winner.
  2. If you are not a winner, the Promoter’s total maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to enter Competitions in the first 12 months of your participation in any Competition.
  3. Nothing in these terms and conditions prevents you from asserting claims in the exercise of your statutory rights.
  4. Electronic Communications. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failed, partial, or garbled computer transmissions, any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, any service provider’s acts or omissions, internet accessibility or availability, or any traffic congestion or unauthorized human act, including any errors or mistakes. The Promoter will take reasonable efforts to give the Prize to the correct Entrant in a Competition. If your computer fails due to hardware, software, or another computer-related issue,

If the Prize is awarded incorrectly due to human error, the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Prize and award it to the correct Entrant, at its sole discretion and without admission of liability and the Entrant that has been incorrectly awarded the Prize will immediately at the Entrant’s own cost and expense return it to the Promoter and/or pay the Promoter for that Prize (at the option of the Promoter). The Promoter shall not be

liable for any economic and/or other loss and/or consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons to whom an award has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due to such persons. The Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavors to ensure that the software and Website(s) used to operate its Competitions performs correctly and accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet and mobile browsers. For

the avoidance of doubt, only the Ticket recorded in our systems, howsoever displayed or calculated, shall be entered into the relevant Competition and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any Competition Entries that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or other event. The Promoter will take reasonable efforts to ensure that the software and Website(s) utilized to run its Competitions work properly and accurately in the most recent versions of major internet, tablet, and mobile browsers. For the avoidance of dispute, only the Ticket recorded in our systems will be entered into the relevant Competition, regardless of how it is displayed or computed, and the Promoter will not be held liable for any Competition Entries that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or other events.

  1. The Promoter reserves the right not to award or make a Prize until it is satisfied that (a) the Winner has a valid Website account and/or is not in violation of these terms and conditions,

(b) any and/or all amounts due or owing by you to the Promoter have been paid in full,

(c) the identity of the Winner and his or her entitlement to receive the Prize has been established to the Promoter’s satisfaction (in particular, the Promoter reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and not to give or make a Prize until satisfied that appropriate proof of identity has been provided), and

(d) the Promoter may require proof of age to be produced before giving or making a Prize If a winner is found to be under the age of 16, no prizes will be offered or made.

  1. If the Promoter has a reasonable suspicion of fraud in connection with a Competition, it reserves the right not to make or grant a Prize.
  2. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, provide or make a Prize to a person it believes is the Winner’s duly authorized agent working under a lawfully executed power of attorney or other equivalent authority.
  3. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information you provide with your entry will be kept and used solely by the Promoter, its agents, and suppliers to administer the competition, or as otherwise specified in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.
  4. The Promoter maintains the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. On the Website, the most recent version of these terms and conditions shall be available.
  5. If the Promoter has cause to suspect there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude you from the competition and any future competitions at its sole discretion. The Promoter maintains the right to declare the prize competition void, suspend, cancel, or change it at any moment if it becomes necessary. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoters will reimburse each Entrant’s Entry Fees (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor). The Promoter will have no further duty to the Entrant or anyone else if the Entry Fee is returned.
  6. The competitions on the Website and App are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Apple or Google. By entering the competitions, Entrants agree that neither Facebook, Apple nor Google have any liability and are not responsible for the administration or promotion of the competitions.
  7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  8. Please print and retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
  9. We may revise our terms and conditions from time to time and will post the most current version on the Website as soon as possible after the revised terms and conditions become effective. Please check this page periodically to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. By continuing to access and/or use the Website after the revisions come into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions. We may also update and change the Website, Competitions and/or Elite Club draws from time to time to, amongst other things, reflect changes to our offering, Website, IT systems and/or our users’ needs and/or feedback.
  10. Unauthorized debit card use and expiration

If you notify your nominated bank (or building society) that your debit card has been used without your permission in relation to a Competition and/or your Elite Club membership, and your nominated bank (or building society) asks the Promoter to return the relevant amount to your nominated bank (or building society) account, the Promoter may suspend your account and ask you to contact the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will have no liability for any chargebacks.
  12. If your debit card is about to expire, the Promoter will make reasonable attempts to refund monies in your account to your debit card before the expiration date, which is midnight on the day it expires. If the Promoter is unable to do so, it will make reasonable efforts to notify you, and you should contact the Promoter to arrange for another appropriate method for the Promoter to return the cash to you.
